Hi, I’m Karen. By day, I plan large-scale corporate events. On weekends and evenings, I bring that same expertise to life’s personal celebrations. Whether it’s ensuring a wedding flows seamlessly, coordinating the details of a rehearsal dinner, or supporting a family milestone, I handle the behind-the-scenes logistics so you can focus on what matters most: being present with the people you love.

With years of experience in event planning and a passion for creating meaningful connections, my goal is simple—to make your celebration effortless, warm, and memorable.

  • Our son got married out of state and Karen was instrumental in the success of our Welcome Dinner. I was able to step away and attend the church rehearsal with a worry as Karen understood my vision and was at the reins. From the table decorations, linens, flowers and decor to the food and bar and the media and music she had everything absolutely covered. At some point I will host two more of these Welcome Dinners and Karen will absolutely be the first person I call!
